The site detects your location based on your IP address, and displays the prices in one of these currencies: EUR, USD, YEN, RUB. On the payment interface, the price will be automatically converted to yours by the payment gateway. From Europe, you can also pay from your prepaid or postpaid mobile contract.
Yes, the site is avaliable in Japanese and German, you can choose the language at top of the site, near the search field.
If you want us to delete your account with all of your personal data, just ask us in email to email@example.com, and we will delete it in 48 hours from our records. This email must come from the registered email account and we need a reason to delete it.
You can register by clicking the “Join” button in our login form, or the „Sign UP” button at top of our site.
When you fill out and submit the registration form, shortly you will receive a confirmation email (so you must add valid email address). This email will contain a link which activates your account when opened. If you lost or forgot your password, you can reset your password with the „reset password” button, on the right up corner in the sign up area.
Then you have to fill your registered email address, and ask a new password. First, you will get an e-mail alert about the request, and if you sure you need a new password than you can click on the link. After you will get a second e-mail with the new password. If you don't received our mail, please first check your SPAM folder
There are two likely possibilities. Either your system is not accepting cookies or your date/time settings are not current.
In your web browser, make sure that you allow cookies from our system. Most web browsers have cookie options under the privacy settings. Add our web address to allow cookies from our site. This will permit our system to set a cookie so that you do not encounter any login issues.
If you still have problems logging in, check your system's date and time settings. If these settings are not correct please change them and try logging in again.
If you have allowed cookies from our site and have the right date and time setting but still can not login, please contact our at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can find the quality changer button in the bottom right corner of the built-in player, if the video have different qualitys (SD | HD | FULL HD)
After you registered and purchased the membership you can stream them with our online player by clicking to the play button, or you can download them to your PC or any other device 5 times.
From the time of the purchase, you can watch the videos with stream unlimited times and you can download your movies 5 times, in the My Videos section.
There are two ways to see them:
- streaming: this is unlimited, you can watch it as much as you like (or until the film gets deleted for some reason, or we change the site’s system from streamer/download style)
- download: you can download the purchased films 5 times, even in different quality in the My Videos section, or near the streamed video.
You can click the fullscreen button (4 outward arrows) in the right bottom corner on the built-in player.
Maybe your sound is off on your device, check it on your devices’ bottom right section. If it’s OK, you have to add sound on our built-in player.
If you don’t have sound on the already downloaded movie, try to download and install VLC Media Player, here: http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
For streamed videos:
streamed movies require that you have nothing on your computer or network that interferes with the communications between our streaming servers and your computer, and the installation of the Adobe Flash plug-in on your browser.
If you are browsing on a hotel network, an incorrectly configured modem or router, a "Free Hotspot" (like the kind you might be on if you're at a coffee shop), or have security software that blocks our servers, you may experience problems when streaming.
For downloaded videos:
Make sure that your media player is up to date with the latest software and codecs. (Codecs are what allow your media player to translate the files into something you can view.) If you are still having problems with playback, please try the download again. Alternatively, you may want to try viewing this file in another media player, like VLC or SMPlayer.
